Biography:

Scream is a Marvel Comics supervillain, primarily associated with Spider-Man and Venom. Her first appearance was in *Venom: Lethal Protector* #4 (1993).

Scream is actually Donna Diego, one of five symbiotes forcibly extracted from Venom by the Life Foundation, a group seeking to create super-powered police. Donna Diego was a security guard for the Life Foundation who was chosen as one of the hosts.

Scream, designated as Symbiote X0271, bonded with Donna and became the most unstable and violent of the five symbiotes. Possessing abilities similar to Venom and Carnage, she could shapeshift, create tendrils, and project sonic blasts. She was ultimately deemed a threat and was killed, though her symbiote has been resurrected in various forms.
